CANCELLATIONS
We understand you may not be able to make it to your booking due to unforseen circumstances. We kindly ask you to inform us 24 hours prior to your booking time if you will not be coming in.
NO SHOWS
If you do not come to your appointment in 15 minutes. We will deduct $79 of the service.
LATE ARRIVALS Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible we will try to adjust our schedule. However we can not give a guarantee, so please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened with a full cost charged.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be.
IMPORTANT
We offer professional lash and brow services therefore it is the clients responsibility to make sure all makeup and/or old lash glue is removed prior to commencement of all services. It is vital for all Lash services that any old glue is removed from the lash roots to ensure proper adhesion of new lashes. We do not perform refills or finish work started by other lash technicians. All products used by other salons will need to be removed by us first in order to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

PLEASE note that it is the duty of the client to adhere to all aftercare instructions given by us. Any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by MSYA Beauty in Victoria Eyelash Extensions skilled and trained staff. Whilst the utmost care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. first you need go to the doctor and we do offer a free removal in 3 days if any reactions occur. Please contact with the salon immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
